Terms and Conditions

Please note by using the website or any of the services available through this website, the user agrees to be legally bound by the  Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy set out by the company. Please make sure you read them both carefully before you start to use this website for your test booking purpose and keep an electronic copy for your records. If you do not accept these Terms & Conditions, please abstain from using this particular website.

Kindly make sure that you have gone through the entire website and read all relevant information before you book any test with us. If the applicant fills the wrong type of exam needed for his/her application then English UK Test will not be responsible in any way. Only the applicant will be responsible for booking the test. So, it will be good if you speak to one of our test booking advisors or to go through the Home Office website before booking any test on our website.

ID Documents:

Make sure you have a valid photo identification document before booking any test on our website. Also make sure that you fill the booking form correctly and all details (e.g. date of birth, photo ID document numbers, expiry date and all other required details) should be according to your identification document. On the day of exam bring your Photo ID that you used for booking your test along with an address proof. You will not be able to appear for the test if you fail to show any of the IDs and hence you will lose your fees for which English UK Test will not be responsible and you'll have to re-book your test.

A confirmation e-mail stating your exam date, venue, time and all the other details will be sent to your registered email after booking of your required test with us. Also note that the test will only be booked after receiving the full payment of the test you are booking. If you want to make any changes in your personal details, those should be made within 24 hours of booking the test. After 24 hours no changes are allowed. All the changes you need to make should be sent in written to our email i.e. info@englishuktest.com

Deadlines or Visa Expiry:

You will be fully responsible to book and pass your English tests well in time before any particular deadline or before your visa expires. We will not be involved into any such circumstances and will not accept any liability if you cannot get your certificate before any deadline or before your visa expires.

Changes in Law:

If the law changes after you have taken the test and your certificate is no longer valid for the purpose, then we will not take any responsibility and will not make any refund.

Changes in Exam, Venue and Time:

In some rare cases we may have to change the date, venue, time or examining body for the exam. We will inform you at the earliest opportunity in any case like this. If exam has to be cancelled for any reason, an alternative date or full refund will be offered to you if the new date will not be as per your suitability. There will not be any refund option available if the exam starts late or you have to wait for little longer for your exam on the exam day.

Late on the Exam Day:

In case you remain absent or reach late than your stipulated time, you will not be liable for any refund. So, we recommend you to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your exam time. Note that the exam fees are non-transferable.

Unacceptable Behaviour:

If in any case on the exam day or over the phone before and after the exam we find that your behaviour to any of our staff members or examiners or volunteers is not acceptable, then we reserve the right to cancel your exam. In such cases of unacceptable behaviour you will lose all your fee and will have to pay the full fee to re-book your exam.
