CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
For English Tests
- Full refund minus £45, if cancellation is made within 24 hours of booking, provided test time is not within 72 hours of cancellation time.
- Partial refund (50%), if cancellation is made after 24 hours of booking but before 72 hours of start of test.
- No refund in any case, if cancellation is requested within 72 hours of start of test.
- All requests should be made in written via email to info@englishuktest.co.uk
- All refunds will be made to your credit/debit card used for booking or bank transfer within 14 working days of the request.
For Life in the UK Test
- Full refund minus £25, if cancellation is made within 24 hours of booking, provided test time is not within 72 hours of cancellation time.
- Partial refund (50%), if cancellation is made after 24 hours of booking but before 72 hours of start of test.
- No refund in any case, if cancellation is requested within 72 hours of start of test.
- All requests should be made in written via email to info@englishuktest.co.uk
- All refunds will be made to your credit/debit card used for booking or bank transfer within 14 working days of the request.
RESCHEDULE POLICY
For English Tests
- In case of any emergency or if candidate feels unprepared for appearing in test, he/she can reschedule the test with us before 96 hours of the time of test.
- No rescheduling can be done within 96 hours of time of test.
- Rescheduling can be done for free for 2 times, but a nominal charge of £30 will be applied for further rescheduling.
For Life in the UK Test
- In case of any emergency or if candidate feels unprepared for appearing in test, he/she can reschedule the test with us before 48 hours of the time of test.
- No rescheduling can be done within 48 hours of time of test.
- Rescheduling can be done for free for 2 times, but a nominal charge of £30 will be applied for further rescheduling.
